DEFINE.ACADEMY Industrial Training/Visit Support is specifically designed to help students, fresh graduates, or professionals bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry-specific skills. This training offers practical, hands-on experience, particularly in fields related to science, technology, engineering, and management.
Key Features and Conditions of the Program:
Training Location and Company Partnership:
The industrial training will be conducted at a partner company based on the availability of the company. DEFINE.ACADEMY works with various companies that provide industry-specific exposure to students.
Self-Responsibility for Fooding and Staying:
Students are responsible for their own accommodations (food and stay) during the training or industrial visit. They are required to bear the costs and risks associated with it.
Rules and Regulations:
Students are expected to follow the company’s rules and regulations during the internship period. Non-compliance with company policies may lead to termination or suspension from the program.
Training Duration and Schedule:
The training will occur within two months after the completion of the course. Students must agree to the schedule provided by the organization, which may include shifts or specific working hours.
Any student who does not complete the training within two months of course completion will not be eligible to participate in the program.
Performance and Regularity:
The application of the students may be rejected based on their regularity and performance during the class sessions. DEFINE.ACADEMY reserves the right to reject any application if the student has shown a lack of commitment, attendance, or performance.
Internship Terms:
Students selected for the industrial training must commit to attending the entire training period as scheduled by the company. Failure to attend or meet the company’s expectations may result in immediate termination from the training.
Training on Specific Course:
Students enrolling in any course under DEFINE.ACADEMY and opting for Industrial Training/Visit must be aware of the following terms related to department-specific training:
a) No Specific Department Training:
Students cannot claim training in a specific department of their choice. The industrial training is designed to provide exposure across all departments within the partner company.
b) Across Multiple Departments:
As per the partner company’s policies and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), students are expected to participate in training across various departments. This is to ensure a holistic understanding of the company's operations and how different departments collaborate.
c) Adherence to Company SOPs:
The training will follow the SOPs and internal guidelines established by the partner company, and students must comply with these regulations throughout the internship period.
